NYFW 2020: SHOP MY LOOKS| BEST LOOKS| How much I paid for outfits + MORE
It’s only two holidays that I look forward to each year and it’s Thanksgiving and New York Fashion Week ! What other week can you pretend to be Andy from Devil wears Prada while mesmerized by the gritty magic of NYC? This was my 2nd NYFW as a NYC Resident and I must say it is actually better when you live here. What I love the most about Fashion Week is that I feel that my alter ego (Christian Mosi) is here to play no games. I love bright colors and playful prints which I’m not afraid to wear during Fashion Week. I feel a lot of us creatives and Influencers have a goal of making it into a major publication such as Refinery 29 or WWD but my goal is to have fun and inspire people from all over the world to enjoy your journey in life.
Day 1 : Designer Oliq- Spring Studios
8 PM: Most shows that I attend are at night due to availability in my schedule, Fun fact if I have a evening show I bring my NYFW looks with me and change at work due to not having time to get back to my apartment. A few hours before the show, I went to soho and bought some earrings and rings to wear for the week and bought some thermals at one of my favorite stores Uniqlo.
This was one of the first nights for the season and it is usually packed and this is a great way for you to start memorizing your self with people you will probably see through the course of the week. I wore one of my favorite designers Shān Michael Cowho is from my hometown Orlando ,FL .
Please make sure to check out his designs his brand was founded on humble beginnings and I love what they stand for !! At the Oliq show I had the pleasure of meeting Moses (@Mo_Samuels) who was very humble and we briefly spoke about his hometown of London !

7AM : Saturday was like a dream come true, I remember a year from today , I had a Interview with Steez (shout out to Steez Trap House) about how I wanted to move from Orlando and really step out in fashion. Later on that day my friends and I went viral , was picked up on Getty Images and had our picture taken for the New York Times. This is something I will tell my grandchildren how your grandmother would dress up and attend Fashion Week.
My signature look for fashion week was all about my favorite color pink and my love for dad sneakers. My outfit had to cost no less then $100.00 in total !! I will provide a break down at the end of this post about how much I spent for most outfits. I
’m a firm believer that staying humble and waiting for your turn to shine is a big part of success in life. I always wanted to attend NYFW and now having that opportunity and being able to go and live in NYC is a dream come true.

Day 3: Designer- Namilia & Global Fashion Collective - Pier 59

5 PM: Today I had a late start to getting to shows today (thank you NYC MTA) but I had two shows today to attend one was at Namilia which had a collaboration with Porn Hub which was actually very interesting. This time around I wanted to dress more casual with a brown suit I got from H&M with brown undertones. This was one of my favorite styles this week because it represented me .
I have a slight obsession with accessories and small purses. My favorite part of Fashion week this year was meeting with my friend Joan , Kwali, Leshawn , Natasha and so much more . I
t’s so great to see the growth that my friends have made each year at fashion week. One of the most valuable lessons I have learned attending Fashion Week is wear what makes you happy and continue to make every day fashion week by smiling and using your personal style to highlight who you are !
