Yoga at Lake Eola

One Sunday morning I went down to Lake Eola with my friend Monica, I learned the basic steps in yoga and truly enjoyed it ! Please take a look at my video of my day at Lake Eola, Lake Eola is located downtown Orlando. The Class is $5 and starts at 10AM sharp. I would recommend coming early to find parking, relax and take advantage of the farmers market located distances from the Yoga Instruction
